Why? Because its good hygiene.

Sleep hygiene should be no different.

Scrolling IG and double tapping a persons staycation photos who you haven't spoke to in years isn't going to help you fall asleep 😴

Do you remember when you were learning how to ride a bike and you used stabilisers?

Think of logging calories using app like that.

Its there to help you learn and eventually you will remove them.

You should not feel anxious, obsessive or nervous doing so. If you do STOP!!

Company: Simple, Eat 800 calories a day. You may be miserable, hangry, starving, weak with hunger, poor sleep, feel like shit. But you will look good

Customer: stick your 800 cals where the sun don't shine

Back when you were a student and lived off £50 for the week🀣

You stretched it as far as possible, drinking frosty Jack instead of pints of Guinness and shopping in lidl instead of M&S

Losing fat is similar, stick to your calorie budget & don't blow 50% of it in 2 days
