In Poland & just met with a Baptist church planter from Lviv, Ukraine who brought his family out of the war. Now working to help us get relief supplies back into Ukraine. Struggling to talk, he said, “I’m sorry for getting emotional. I wasn’t prepared for this in seminary.”

Just walked into the basement of a Baptist church in Warsaw, Poland and heard singing. Ukrainian refugees, Christ followers, found a piano and began to worship. “Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head and fell on the ground and worshiped” (Job 1:20)

Southern Baptists have now given over $5.5 million through IMB Send Relief for relief efforts in the #UkraineRussiaWar. As the needs continue to grow, we are delivering food into Ukraine on a daily basis.

Thank God for Southern Baptists’ relentless commitment to sanctity of life & every courageous sermon against abortion, esp those met w/criticism & false accusation of “politics in the pulpit.” The murder of unborn children deserves no safe harbor in the pulpit #ProLife #RoeVWade
