I have been to see the oncologist today. He has signed me off and there is nothing else they can give me or treat me with. The stretch target to stay living is March so about 8 to 10 weeks is about what I have left. #NUFC #cancer #CancerAwareness #CancerResearch

Long shot but does anyone have any availability at any point this season to sit in a box or something similar at Newcastle United ? Arthur keeps asking to go but I'm reluctant to take him with it being cold, also he has autism as sometimes struggles with big crowds, but loved it last time

Today was great I was strong enough to head into Newcastle for a spot of shopping and then for lunch in Fenwicks steak restaurant. The food was fantastic and so was the company. #cancer #CancerAwareness #NUFC

A record number of people are now living with cancer in the UK. The charity Macmillan says 3.4 million people now have the disease. Ciara ITV has this report.
