Every time I drive from Kampala to Koboko, there are sections on that road that make me attach more value to vote. No tax payer shdn’t even be made to drive from Nebbi to Arua! Meanwhile leadership of Koboko Municipality and Koboko District, this town is a mess. Please!

If only each one of us driving and riding in this our Kampala City exercised a little restraint. Just hold yourself back. Just a little, for the sake of sanity and life on our roads. Please!
