technical tip for bridge in slot lateral meniscus transplant. Always find the artery on the axial. Sometimes it is too close for comfort. Measure distance of the slot from A to P to make sure the pin does not plunge. Make sure the spoon is in the back as well! #sportsmedicine

Straight leg raises with the brace off immediately after ACL surgery! No exceptions! Start this in the recovery room. Have the patients watch themselves be able to do it - the mental recovery just as important as the physical. This patient here is POD1 - BTB recon with LET.
