The redistricting bill has passed out of committee it now heads back to the house for further discussion and debate.

Just heard from a source that second reading on the redistricting bill will be on Thursday and Third reading will be on Friday.

Who is going to tell him?

21 amendments have been filed on the redistricting bill. All by democrats. This is going to be a long house session..

I heard from a source that Turning Point bused some of these rally goers in from Ohio? This is the pro redistricting rally. Would love to know how many Hoosiers are in the crowd.

A lot more people showing up today to show support for redistricting. Much different than what happened in the House.

One thing being brought up right now in the Senate chamber is the cost of what this will mean for county clerks offices. Speaker Huston has said the elections divisions will help with funding needs, but didn't go in to details about how much.

Trying to keep a tally of how many are testifying in support and in opposition. It seems about even at the moment. I wont be able to do a full tally, have to write my stories for the 5&6, but if anyone ends up with a final tally please reply to me and let me know.
