How I feel lurking in streams and reading posts without liking them.

One of the biggest disappointments for me as a Magic player was Wizards not finishing this cycle. (and no, the character collections for Jace, Gideon and Chandra don’t count)

Opinion: One of the most unique and intrinsic parts of Commander is the fact that your deck MUST MATCH the color identity of your Commander. Allowing hybrid mana cards into decks that don’t have all of the colors in their identity feels wrong from a fundamental level.

Inhales deeply*** SO IF HYBRID MANA RULES CHANGE DOES THAT MEAN I CAN PLAY THESE IN ANY COMMANDER DECK I WANT BECAUSE I CAN JUST PAY LIFE INSTEAD OF THE COLOR?

I think the discussion about Rhystic Study being banned in Commander actually highlights how GOOD these types of effects are. When people are given the choice, they usually avoid having to pay extra mana for things.

Traded for some beautiful Magic cards the other day. Dimir Signet and Ancient Silver are for my Grixis dragon deck. An epic mix of great artwork and powerful card design. Hedron Archive for my beloved Eldrazi.

Another beautiful alter for the Shadow the Hedgehog Commander deck🔥

Anyone else notice a difference in card quality [again]? Top set feel normal, the bottom set feels thin. They’re ready to do a backbend if I stare to hard 👀💀

Rathalos not being a Terror of the Peaks is actually a huge miss. Would have given the Monster Hunter Secret Lair some good value too(which it’s currently lacking)

Wife and I went out on the town last night for the first time in a while and had a blast. I convinced her to dress like a Sith Lord too🤘 Lore on the 4th picture: I was deep enough into the cups to not remember how my belt worked and it took 20 minutes for me to get it off lol

Found out the other day that if you give Tibalts Trickery split second with Shadow’s Chaos Control ability, your opponent does NOT get to cast a free spell. It essentially becomes a significantly better Dovin’s Veto. Mad cool!

It’s almost 2026 and I’ll still tell you this is one of my favorite Magic cards ever printed.
