What a run from Esther Seeland! She finishes second in the 800 Meter in a time of 2:03.25! She's the second-fastest woman in DIII history to run in the event! She takes second in the event in a largely Division I field! #MessiahWTRACK #GoMessiah

Went to this meet hoping for some decent throws and came home with a lifetime PR of 64.27 (210-10) never doubt yourself...you are capable of more than you can imagine..I was reminded of that today!

Coming into day three of MACs, Messiah’s men have the lead and the women aren’t far behind in third.

Congratulations to the women’s team for winning the MAC OUTDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP!

The men’s team fought hard until the end and came in a close third. They finished 27 points behind the winners and were 80 points over 4th place.

Congrats to Leanne Weaver for being the female track athlete of the year and to our dear Dale Foglesanger for being women’s coach of the year.

#MessiahXCTF Taylor Wiederrecht ran the 400m in 56.60 this afternoon, eclipsing a 35-year-old program record set by Sonja Hutchins in 1983! Wiederrecht is currently ranked 20th nationally in the 400m, with top-22 going to NCAAs #GoMessiah
