Day 2 of 2348 Maghull ATC Bronze The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition was a great success with all Cadets completing. Very busy weekend for our recruits who enjoyed many activities! They visited Hack Green Secret Bunker with lunch by the lake, followed by a Murder Mystery fancy dress evening!🕵🏼‍♂️ Sunday was filled with Archery 🏹, Scavenger Hunt, Master Chef 👩‍🍳 and Aqua Chimp 💦 #Memories

Great first day on the Merseyside Wing Bronze & Silver The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions. Really good to get out with a mixture of Cadets from different Squadrons around the Wing. They have all smashed today & I am confident they will do the same tomorrow.

All done & successfully completed their Bronze Assessed & Silver Practice The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Well done to all of the Cadets who attended the Merseyside Wing expeditions & thank you to the CFAV’s who organised & supported the weekend. Looking forward to the next expedition in August.

As we continue to return Cadet activities to normal, Merseyside Wing has run its first large scale Adventure Training Camp at Forest Camp activity centre for some Climbing, Kayaking, Raft Building, Archery, Mountain Biking, Orienteering, Campcraft & Leadership Exercises.

SGT O'Neil, Cdt Stephenson & Cdt Connelly are all set to go on the NATAC Fairbourne Camp this week with the adventure training team of Merseyside Wing where they will take part in Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Walking, Mountain biking and so much more. Have an amazing time!

Merseyside Wing Cadets are half way through the joint AT camp with DNW. They have had a fantastic week! So far the cadets have participated in Moutain Biking, climbing, paddling, orienteering and navigation.
