住房通胀在移民和非法移民没有得到控制前，几乎是没有办法解决的，估计美国人都想不到，竟然有国家的非法移民进入美国后可以在短时间内全款买房，而且还不是个例。苦的是那些小额贷的公司，已经快谢顶了。

现在通胀已经向好的方向移动，但经济动向还不明，现在的数据还不足以支持美联储降息，但通胀的走势已经能让美联储看到压制到2%的前景，对于降息不能太早，也不能太晚，所以还需要看更多的数据
