Meet Fitz, Memphis Zoo's newest addition! This 6ft tall, 150-pound reticulated giraffe was born on April 2nd, coincidentally sharing his dad Niklas's birthday. Fitz can be seen on exhibit with mom Wendy this weekend!

Fun Fact Friday! A polar bear's fur isn't completely white, rather, its hollow and transparent. The light refracted from the sun is what gives their fur color!
