Selon l’Institut National de la Statistique, le #Cameroun a dépensé 544 milliards Fcfa en 2024 pour l’importation des céréales, en augmentation de 40% par rapport à 2023; dont 318 milliards Fcfa pour l’importation du riz et 214 milliards pour le blé.

Selon une étude de Trends & Poor citée le journal #DefisActuels, le marché du porc au #Cameroun devrait connaître une croissance annuelle moyenne de 9%, atteignant près de 490 milliards de Fcfa d’ici à 2030, avec des possibilités d’exportation et de réduction de la pauvreté.
