The Removes have kicked off the Melvill charity challenge of running, rowing and swimming the Channel in style! Team run completed this evening! The girls were great running buddies on a chilly November evening; although the Christmas songs might have been a step too far….

We wish our Vice-Captain, Laura all the best in her 50m freestyle at the National Winter Championships in Sheffield on Saturday. This is a huge achievement as qualifying times were incredibly fast! Go well Laura, we’ll be cheering for you.
