Credibility is everything, work your hardest not to lose it.

You can’t claim to be a strong instructional leader if you never visit classrooms or that you are strong on discipline if the climate of your school is toxic, or that you are a strong relationship builder if the thought of you turns everyone off. Principal Kafele is preaching!
