I must be interpreting social distancing wrong. Lots of recent photos on social media of gatherings of more than 6 people, seperate households posing shoulder to shoulder for selfies.... Can someone tell me when guidelines changed. I think I missed it..... #JustWantToHugMyMum

So it seems we're now able to mix indoors at people's houses and no social distancing required in pubs......brilliant!! I've only taken this info from the many photos I've seen on Facebook today. Nothing changes for our household as we're sheilding. #SuperSpreaderSaturday

Disappointed Morrisons Delivery 9-10pm last night. No sign of it at 10.20pm. Eventually found a No. to call. Was told no delay on the system but could have it rescheduled. We said yes as it was late. No phone call today as promised just email sayin it's cancelled & now no food!

Being woken by the doorbell at 11.45pm and a white van with its engine running outside may suggest our Morrisons delivery for 9-10pm was not rescheduled as discussed but instead arrived nearly 2 hrs late. Sorry we were sleeping!! 🙄

But when we asked you to do that for the lowest-paid people in the North, you refused. People here will remember that.

Disappointed with Matalan customer services. Helped my elderly Mum place online order on 6th Dec for xmas presents. Email confirms order & payment. Goods have still not arrived. No response to our voicemail or email! Family still missing gifts! Come on Matalan! Sort it out!

I'm all for sharing positive stories and mad with myself now for not praising Nicola on the webchat for Sports Direct last week when an item was sent by mistake and she couldn't do enough to rectify their error. Brilliant customer care.

Sadly, due to a labelling error with Sports Direct the same incorrect item has been sent to me twice instead of the item I wanted. Unfortunately Amanda on the webchat wasn't quite as helpful as Nicola. I've just been cut off without the issue being resolved 😕
