This has been happening behind the scenes for a while. Most midlist authors never see their books on a B&N shelf. The "new" policy now extends to even those authors you thought were at the top. It will silence A LOT of authors and voices.

I don't shop much, but a recent observation from the dressing room. Why are women's clothes made with zippers? They are rigid and terrible, 99% of them require someone else to zip you in, which is so infantilizing I could scream. The more I think about zippers the angrier I get.

Giving kids homework is just punishing parents. There I said it. I just want to watch a movie with my kids and instead I’m Cruella out here spending my evening harassing them into doing more work. 😕 No thanks.

Oh, how this man made me laugh in Will & Grace and all through lockdown. I am deeply saddened by this news.
