This #LaborDay, we honor the heroic efforts of American workers participating in labor movements. In response to African American exclusion from labor organizations, Black workers created all-Black unions that championed their members’ class & racial interests. #ANationsStory

Libraries work because library workers do. This #LaborDay, we're shouting out all library workers for their extraordinary service as they face an unprecedented level of harassment, threats of violence, and challenges to their expertise. ALA offices are closed in observance.

Abigail is the one Virginia needs! The upcoming election for a new Governor is critical for public education. While the current governor has proposed hundreds of millions in cuts to Fairfax County Public Schools 😡, Governor Spanberger would do the opposite. đŸ’«đŸ’Ș
