Thank you PEI Museum and Heritage for inviting me to come and speak last evening. Everyone had such great questions about my art and really enjoyed the AGM all the work they are doing. Thank you all for coming!

I took my dog nitap to town to go to the dog wash. I was so sure he was going to jump out of my truck and terrorize Charlottetown. 🤣

Our Annual General Meeting is happening on April 16, 6:30 pm at Beaconsfield Carriage House! This year's AGM features award-winning Mi'kmaq artist Melissa Peter-Paul as the esteemed speaker.

Come out to help ensure our past is shared and preserved for future generations!

I’m so honoured to be the guest speaker for the PEI Museum and Heritage AGM next week. I will be talking about my art and how it connects to Mi’kmaq and Island heritage. This event will be on Tuesday, April 16 at 6:30 pm at the Beaconsfield Historic House and everyone is welcome.

Quillwork has led me and my family on such a beautiful journey. I give thanks every morning I wake up. I’m healthy, sober and ready to learn, create, teach and listen. 🫶🏾 I’m grateful for the love and support.

I took my little family to Disney for our family vacation. They had such a great time! I’m so happy they enjoyed it🩷 we are just getting back home to Epekwitk/PEI.

I spent the last two days making myself a new quilled medallion and love it so much! I just have to add my rope but I wanted to take a picture of it first.

I'm excited to wear it at the 2024 International Indigenous Tourism Conference in Ottawa this week.

I finished another order today. I'm loving all the creativity and inspiration that is flowing through me lately. Quilling with my sister Amelia has been a game changer for me. 💛

Everytime I finish an order it becomes my favourite piece. I love the double row of sweetgrass on this. 🫶🏾 I just have to add the rope.

My first born is 17 years old today! Happy Birthday to my son Owen Jace!!
