I don’t get the whole argument about needing to schedule emails at certain times; why can’t I send a work email at whatever hour I’m working at? Isn’t it immediately apparent to the receiver that they should ofc only address it whenever they choose to work/during working hours?

Today, I learned about a thing called 'Booktalk' and 'Booktalk Girlies'. I had a roommate who would spend days without leaving her room, reading fantasy romantic books one after another, but didn't know this crazy obsession had a name.
