This is not supervising is this ?
Vulnerable patient. Relative (who is a Nurse) concerned about Meningitis.
GP agreed Meningitis needs ruling out & sends to A&E
PA orders 4 * COVID tests - which will not rule out meningitis
Doesn’t give proper history to consultant on phone
