Our newest work on the design of chiral-at-metal catalysts in collaboration with the Houk group at UCLA: pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…. Intramolecular C-H amidation at catalyst loadings down to 0.005 mol%! But only with the non-C2 symmetric diastereomer of the catalyst.
