A month today since losing dad and it’s only becoming more difficult to deal with💔

Hard to think it’s been over a week since Dad lost his life.
The support I’ve had from the university, friends and family liaison has been amazing!! It’s times like this that you realise who’s truly there through the good, the bad and the ugly. 🌟💖

It’s been almost a week since I lost my Dad in a Road Traffic Collision.

The heartache that we’ve been left with as a family is unmeasurable. Dad was one of a kind. Hug your loved ones tighter. Home will never be the same💔

Mental health services in Wales are insufficient for many. More support is needed to meet the needs of the country. What a lovely couple of days I’ve had working in the most beautiful care home. Staff are fantastic to both patients and students 💫

After months of appealing my EUPD diagnosis, I have finally had a letter to confirm that I do not meet the criteria for the diagnosis. I will forever continue to advocate for those with BPD/EUPD due to the awful treatment and stigma I had received whilst diagnosed ❤️
