Absolute chaos at Shirdi Airport. Serpentine queues for security at the airport. Maharashtra Govt. needs to address urgently the needs of this airport. Shirdi is a popular religious city and needs a better airport with adequate security CISF and additional flights.

I rated Vistara 10 out of 10 for the great experience I had with them! I was on flight UK 859 from Delhi to Hyderabad on May 9th and the cabin attendant Ravi was wonderful. He makes all passengers feel special. He epitomises customer centricity and customer service with a smile.
