Home from a loooong day of #criticalcare #retrieval and it was a toss between going to bed hungry, a toasted cheese sandwich or a freshly prepared pea and pancetta risotto (at 10pm) reader, I poured the wine, made the risotto and will enjoy this immensely 😂😂
