Not quite correct. McQ changed the name himself, concerned that his old colleague wouldn't appreciate it. He found the name "Söze" in a Turkish - English dictionary which means "talk too much".

Mission: Impossible The Final Reckoning production designer Gary Freeman, has been shortlisted for a Art Directors Guild Award for Excellence in Production Design in a contemporary film. 👏🏻 Awards are held on 28/2.
