Behaviour management is not about the young people, behaviour management is about the adults. A regulated calm adult can regulate a dysregulated anxious child. But a dysregulated adult can never regulate a dysregulated child.They need to be met in their nervous system states🧠🌱

Tes Scotland Emma Seith And yet we are still now allowed to include this in with others for the “gold standard of 5 Highers”, ie 4 Highers and a L6 NPA can’t be counted as 5@6 for reporting 😩

Why we need to change this situation regard L6 NPA. This requires to change and NPA's should be recognised at all levels in the future.
