So this morning I fell down a couple of my stairs and busted my ankle, passed out then went to A&E. Turns out its only a bad sprain! Made it in time to my massage app and my arm is feeling better 😆. Now just sat feeling sorry for myself as I need to rest my ankle for a while. 😞
