I had a wonderful meeting with Mayor Tom Dyas and delegates from City of Kelowna today. Pleased to hear the progress on the transition agreement between Kelowna and Glenmore Ellison Improvement District, which my ministry issued a restructure grant to support community engagement.
Last week I was in Victoria for the Municipal Finance Authority of BC 2024 AGM as a representative of the Regional District of Central Okanagan
It was great to connect with other Regional District representatives & continue to work collectively to contribute to the financial well-being of local governments throughout BC.
