I am making a call on local media: We have got to ask the district about education. There is so, so, so much happening in classrooms. We cannot consistently limit our questions of the district to what it is doing about students who aren't in school.

The 49-cent property tax hike is the last part of the budget package deal that includes the $12 hike in solid waste fee and auto registration fee hike going from $30 a year to $60 on passenger vehicles - increases for other vehicle categories too.

Please provide proof of these allegations. We are open to all documentation provided.
