Currently there is no FDA approved Tx for NASH, in a phase 2 study, pegozafermin reduced the level of fibrosis with treatment effect differences as compared to placebo of 20% and demonstrastrated improvement in biopsy-proven features of steatohepatitis. bit.ly/46NgnGd
