Sherlock Tony Quigley WaterNSW @NSWDPIE_Water Clayton Barr You didn’t answer Tony’s question Dugald. Do you commercially benefit from grazing cattle in the Ramsar listed marshes that have grown vegetation from environmental water?

Rohan Brill taking about the main drivers of Canola profit at the Lockhart GRDC North Grains Research Update. Variety choice very important, fungicide application not always required.

Find out how Mauriestreet managed to squeeze Enya and headbanging into a discussion about direct-heading canola on our new podcast, The PodGuard Podcast. Join Maurie from GOA and BASF’s Greg Bowey as they discuss rethinking canola harvesting🔗basf.link/PodGuardPodcast

Only one winner in those five options 😳. Very relevant for anyone considering keeping canola for seed for next year with the wet conditions persisting through the harvest period

Is it love? No it is Steven Simpfendorfer literally begging the industry and Glenn Shepherd to test seed before planting this year. Predicting massive seed #FHB issues heading into #plant23 GRDC North #GRDCUpdates

Minus 3 here this morning, looking at some of the other on farm weather stations I have access to, show many others and some worse- I fear this will not be good

Looking forward to listening to these guys- I spend a lot of my time considering a problem, create an action and get an outcome. Farming outcomes are not always that certain- Risk = uncertainty, strive to #getitrightmoreoften GOA

Imagine this going on your boundary fence. Helping a good mate. 600mm rainfall reliable food bowl country. Couple of people cash out and get rich and whoever’s left deals with an eyesore! Basically makes unable to insure for public liability. Retweet tag a local MP

Interesting claim came through on the email today from Syngenta ANZ- Miravis apparently outperformed traditional fungicide options??? mmmm more like not statistically different to either. It was better than UTC at least
