Meet our 2024 weight room captains for the girls! These ladies are incredible leaders who thrive in a challenging environment. They embody everything it means to be a Tiger! Between these 4 we have representation across 6 FHS Sports. Congrats, captains!

Possibly the most intriguing story of the fall is Fremont volleyball. A talented senior class coupled with a new, historically successful head coach trying to make a push into the state tournament. The Tigers are getting in a scrimmage today and a jamboree Saturday.

.FHS Volleyball outlasts Lincoln North Star 3-2, taking the final set 15-8. Mattie Dalton finishes with 24 kills to lead the Tigers to a 6-0 record. Its win 798 for head coach Sue Wewel.

Lots of FHS Volleyball players in the rankings: Mattie Dalton is No. 1 in kills in Class A (tied for the state lead) Kate Denker is 3rd in assists Katie Proskovec and Blair Boehlke are 1-2 in Class A in blocks McKinzie Brandt is 2nd in aces and 3rd in digs.
