The American drug middleman got ratioed & turned off replies to this post because it's just NOT a ' #FACT ' that #PBMs save money. Each dollar of their rebates siphons $ from health care & raises drug prices, while they restrict pharmacy choice & abuse pharmacists. Time for reform!

As long as health ins cos/PBMs are publicly traded for-profit cos, OF COURSE they are going choose the most profitable drug (highest price) Until profit is taken out of health ins, none of this is surprising. We can't make them choose to make less money.

Truer words were never spoken. Patients going into billions of dollars in debt in order to create the billions of dollars of profits for health insurance cos. The big ins/PBM cos are much higher on Fortune 500 then any pharma co. Regulators/legislators take off the blinders.
