.Councilmember Matt Frumin is introducing bills to void covenants banning the construction of multifamily housing in Chevy Chase and elsewhere in Ward 3, and remove old racial/religious covenants on deeds too. He hopes it will help accelerate efforts to build housing in NW, which have lagged.
