This is an issue I encountered as well.

I’m not advocating speeding, but going 10 or 20 under — and impeding everyone else while gawking out the window — is not ideal. If not driving the speed limit, pull over.

Today appears to have been a monumental day for the weather enterprise.

This was arguably among the best-sampled tornadoes in human history from a data standpoint AND appears to have passed over mainly rural areas without casualties or major damage.

It's very likely this tornado had winds over 200 mph – but it won't be rated very highly since minimal damage will be found. (It fortunately occurred over a very rural area.) MyRadar Weather
