Typing the same comment over 3,000 times is not freedom of speech. There is no evading service statute; it’s an allegation that isn’t quantifiable by law. I’ve stated since the moment I learned of the case that I’d accept service via process server. He never hired one.

People contact ToxicWasteSites.org because our work is solid. You’ll find our research and data published a decade before people like Sharon Lerner or @erinbrockovich but absent of political slant or big money ties. We make zero profits. No one pays us to speak.

Building social media for my comedic Gonzo novel means capturing the zeitgeist of those deranged days, connecting with my audience and telling a self deprecating but relatable tale. Some would say it’s crass or off putting, but who likes a square anyway? We were wild.

When I shot this footage, I thought it was hilarious that we sold the shot of another weather videographer talking to one of the victims. Straight weather videographer gangster move. 😂😂😂 Jonathan Petramala twitter chasing

There is a 7 mile wide plume of TCE and Chromium 6 under the city of Burbank, California. When the levels in the ground water exceeded allowable limits, the government raised the allowable level to make it 'safe again.'

I first visited the zen center in 2009, located at the end of Tassajara Rd, or the same place I caught the photos of the lighting strike that started the River Fire. I hope they find this girl. That’s extremely rough country with steep cliffs and hills.

As the founder of ToxicWasteSites.org no one more than me understands the hardships of trying to reach and engage the US. At 19,400 major cities, towns and villages, 20,000 viewers equals 1 engagement in each city.

My Facebook account engages 150,000 to 175,000 people each month.

I’ve had over 2,700,000 impressions, in the last 3 months.

Ross, the indie filmmaker after me that says I’m a fraud has had 1,500,000 YouTube views in 20 years, thanks to me.
