I got to a new PM Dr. that actually seems to care. He is going to try me on a methadone, amitriptyline, cymbalta, and clonidine combo to help me at this point. I hope it works. Thank you all for the kind words & support. I'm nervous of new meds, but I'm out of options.

Tbh im not thrilled about new medical treatment. But im out of options and time. Im nervous. My body is beyond broken but i at least have my mind. If meds take that from me, I have nothing. Im trying to at least hold on until the final season of Game of Thrones is finished.

Had energy. Wrote tweet. Responded to a few replies. Now Im already tapping out for the night. If new treatment helps me, I'll give my last drop of life fighting for all of us in pain that are suffering alongside me. I just need the energy to do it. I love you all.

Fatigue still a bit strong. Body has been so exhausted for so long from pain so it might take a while to get energy back. But feeling a lot better. Hope exists. Good Dr's exist. I'll try to make video later to post. It's almost unbelievable compared to a week ago. Wow!

I'm all for #HarmReduction, folks...but PLEASE answer this burning question for me: WHY DO PEOPLE IN PAIN not get the same consideration? How is it we can call for #decriminalization for #addiction, but GOD FORBID someone in #IntractablePain be given the same courtesy? Help us!

Sorry I've been gone so long. I've been trying to focus on improving my health (physically and mentally) and it's been 1 step forward w/2 steps back. Pain is much better since finding a real Dr. that cares. Life is hitting me hard, but i wanted to check in & say I love u all!
