Athlete update: Gordon Graceffo came into the off-season after an inconsistent 2024 campaign. Velo fluctuations, command fluctuations etc. We honed in on two reason we believed this was probably happening. Inconsistent first move or drift through leg lift, and arm path.

I have to say all of this could not have been done without the help of matt marsili working with me as co-coach and contributing massively. Two heads are better than one and I think this upcoming season for Gordon will be a truly great one. Tread Athletics
