It's Medically Necessary Kristin Rushowy Stephen Lecce The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) These are almost all Boor/sick kids employees. Not educators from outside boards. Not education activists, not anyone from the disability community. The gaps in consultations are severe.

P.S. 🛝🏓🎹🪘🎻🇪🇺 It's Medically Necessary Kristin Rushowy Stephen Lecce The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) Yup. Every time we see a report or research, we have to ask “where are the biases, unconscious or otherwise” and “what are the gaps”. I have to reread this in full, but looking at the list of contributors (& not marring them in any way), there is a definite gap of consultation.

A lot of questions by fellow medical professionals on high risk individuals. None were answered properly in this report.

@jkobopoli P.S. 🛝🏓🎹🪘🎻🇪🇺 It's Medically Necessary Kristin Rushowy Stephen Lecce The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) This is the continuation of the same dilemma many of us experience in education across this province. The needs of our disabled kids, and those with identified needs get pushed aside to “another document”. We need to think of these kids first. No plan is a plan without them.
