For Cowboys fans, last Sunday was brutal. But even though I love that team immensely it was the best day of my life. I became a dad. Taryn Marie Hayes is my daughter and she is my favorite thing ever. My wife and I couldn't be more excited about the next chapter of our lives.

Life is a roller coaster. 2 weeks ago I became a dad. Today I am quarantined in my basement after testing positive for Covid-19. Thankful for my wife who has been an absolute superstar through this whole ordeal.
