स्वत्व के संकीर्ण अर्थों में समाकर जीवन-मूल्यों से भटक कर शिक्षा-शील की चादर ओढ़-ओढ़ कर बौद्धिकता का यह निर्मम खेल हमारे समय-युग का सबसे शातिर भ्रष्टाचार है- अपने आकार-प्रकार-आयाम-असर में - - आम तौर पर बौद्धिक-वर्ग इस भ्रष्टाचार का सक्रिय पोषक है रचनाकार-भागीदार,विषैला वाहक भी !

लोग बताते हैं कि स्वतंत्रता के बाद कांग्रेस सबसे अधिक समय तक सरकार में रही है। यों ही! इसी विधि-विधान से? इसी प्रज्ञा के सात्विक “संविधान” से? महान् बौद्धिक वर्ग ने Congress और Rahul Gandhi जी को यही “खर-प्रखर” सलाह दी है कि उन्हें “अपने लिये नई जनता चुन लेनी चाहिए”!
