On Tuesday evening, two of our employees were honored at the 2023 NEEMA Region III awards in Haverhill. Scheduling manager Carla Iannetta won the 2023 Administrator of the Year award and EMD Eliza Koso won the 2023 Emergency Medical Dispatcher of the Year award. Congrats to both!
