Sparing the details, Outlast's results are absolutely in no way reflective of what Matt can offer a team If you want a coach who's going to show up, give a damn, and offer good insight into how you or your team can improve, then it would be a mistake not to at least try him out.

The worst part of coaching is teaching a team how to play well just to have someone leave forcing the team start over. Then as an added bonus 3/4 of the time the replacement is uncoachable because they think they already know everything, or refuse to put time in beyond scrims

Pak daddy MartyrForHire 🥷🏻 I mean no there is definitely value to a good coach that is dedicated. I remember I talked to @ForcefulR6 about some pushes before and it opened my eyes a bit on how to improve certain stuff. There’s just an extreme lack of good coaches that will actually help improve.

The number of people in this community who think scrimming 3 hours a day, 6 days a week is all they need to turn comp into a career is insane If you're not actively spending time trying to learn & improve (ie doing the boring stuff) then your career will be over before it starts

MartyrForHire @R6Kacper To many people say why play comp if it's for fun and you aint tryna be pro. I have never had any realistic goal or drive to want to make CL/PL I play comp and pug now just for the fun of competition.

Stats don't win championships. Astralis Rainbow Six's highest rated player finished 18th Overall. Championships are won by committee and team effort. Don't get that twisted: Don't just play for your stats. Despite what some pro's would say.
