Our bodies are pretty amazing. I love how circadian rhythm can effect metabolism. I always thought it was better to exercise in the morning when glycogen was depleted, but maybe it's better in the afternoon (at least if you're a male at risk for DM). denverpost-co-app.newsmemory.com/?publink=26f25…
