Daytime crews are thin in our town, but got the job done today at a dryer fire. Residence was filled with smoke and heat; six dogs and four reptiles rescued, eventually.

In this new PSA, we urge the public to examine their micromobility devices/batteries for damage, to see if they are certified & conduct other safety checks. So far there's been 76 lithium-ion battery related fires causing 60 injuries and 7 deaths. on.nyc.gov/42GxqHH
