July 2021-positive for Covid, no vaccine, in bed for 5 days and barely able to run. January 2022-positive for Covid, vaccinated, feeling grand. I don’t know if it is the vaccine, the different variant or a combination of both but it definitely is not as severe. The 5k times show!
