I'm open about my health issues, because it's important for others who are experiencing physical pain to know they aren't alone. But I haven't always talked about what it does mentally. This week I experienced despair. Thank you to friends near and far who have cared about me.

$4,657.27 for one injection needed twice a month. $487.63 to fly to Europe tomorrow. Healthcare in this country is a joke.

Good news to share: I’ve been enrolled in a study and my medical treatment will now cost practically nothing for two years. Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive to me! Sending this feeling forward:

Today was good! Even taught a guy from the country to use the Greater Cleveland RTA instead of Uber.

Cargo bike winter break rebuild has begun.

Bike upgrade and rebuild complete. Was foggy ride to school today but everyone could see us!

That feeling when a massive excel sheet finally calculates perfectly.

I saw #CivilWarMovie . It’s the most intense film I’ve ever seen. You could hear sobbing in the Capitol Theatre throughout the run. I hope everyone sees it; because strangers came out of that theater united to make sure it never comes true.

Shout out to @FrontLineCLE. When I was on the board we always talked about ‘healing the healer’. Been saying that phrase a lot lately in work and life to many people from many different walks of life. There is a mental health epidemic going on right now. Be Kind.
