This day 1992 we lost one of our greatest comics, Frankie Howerd, aged 75. I was so glad to be able to meet him in person, in 1986, to thank him for all the laughter he had brought me. No selfies in those days, just an autograph and very happy memories. #oohmissus #titteryenot

Very few venues where you perform in front of a roaring log fire and the venue is half a millennium old. Arts4All Festival in Henley-in-Arden tonight. The Guild Hall is a hell of a venue in which to tell a story.
