WV is underappreciated in education reform. It's one of the most rural states in the country. No town larger than 50k. They have roughly 250k K12 students. Soon, close to 10% will be in the ESA. All before changes in the 26-27 year that will make the ESA even more accessible.

It is still estimated nearly 19,000 students will partake in Hope next year. Hope now represents one of the largest student pools in the state. This right before the program goes universal in 2026.

2026 is coming soon, and a new era of Kโ€“12 education is upon us The days of getting โ€œscrip to the company storeโ€ should be behind us Closed marketplaces and systems are antithetical to true education freedom Open marketplaces and innovation are the future, built to support
