When a kid skips summer training… that’s selfish. Your friends want to be competitive at those first meets regardless of their “importance”. I imagine the best XC teams go all-in TOGETHER. Help your teammates reach their goals. Hold yourself accountable. Be part of something.

Excited to have Ines join our staff this upcoming Fall. Fresh off a successful college career, I have no doubt she’ll elevate our program taking her success as a student-athlete and translating it to working with our current group. After 3 successful years, I’ve passed the baton
